Rock Thrown Through Home's Front Window: Police

Christopher Cook, 39, of Montgomery, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at about 8:30 a.m. June 6, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Cook was originally pulled over for an equipment violation on his vehicle.
Oswego Police are investigating the theft of eight bottles of perfume from a store in the 2500 block of Route 34 at about 10:45 a.m. June 4. The total value of the merchandise is about $900 police said.
Rock thrown through window
Oswego Police are investigating an incident in which a rock was thrown through the front window of a residence in the 700 block of Churchill Lane at about 11 p.m. June 3. Police said there is a suspect in the case.
Oswego Police are investigating a retail theft that occurred at the Oswego Jewel store on Orchard road at about 6:20 p.m. June 2. About $650 in merchandise was taken, police said.
Unlocked vehicle entered
A resident in the 500 block of Tewksbury Court reported someone broke into an unlocked vehicle sometime before 12:30 a.m. June 2, according to an Oswego Police report. About $100 in items was taken, police said.
Car broken into
A resident in the 0-99 block of Eastway reported someone broke into their vehicle sometime before 7 p.m. June 1, according to an Oswego Police report. About $400 in items were stolen, police said.
A resident of the 200 block of Wollmington Drive reported his vehicle was stolen sometime before 5 a.m. May 31, according to an Oswego Police report. No suspects have been listed in the theft, police said.
Oswego Police are investigating a criminal damage to property incident that occurred sometime before at 11 a.m. May 30 in the 200 block of Cobblestone Court. Police said two vehicle tires were slashed and a television was broken. About $400 in damage was done.
Lawn mower stolen
A resident in the 0-99 block of Circle Drive East reported that someone stole his lawn mower that was parked in the home's backyard sometime before noon on May 29, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. The lawn mower is valued at about $500.
Edgar Herrera Jr. 20, of Aurora, was arrested for retail theft, possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of marijuana at about 7:45 p.m. May 28 at the Oswego Walmart, according to an Oswego Police report.
Oswego Police responded to a retail theft at the Meijer at about 7 p.m. May 28. About $735 in merchandise was stolen, and there are no suspects in the case, police said.
Rebecca Smith, 35, of Oswego, was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and assault at about 10:20 p.m. May 28 at her home in the 400 block of Canterbury Court, according to an Oswego Police report.
Julissa Rocha, 18, of Aurora, was arrested for battery at about 4:10 p.m. May 28 in the 0-99 block of Springdale Road after an incident in which neighbors reported squealing tires and aggressive behavior, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Nicholas Parello, 20, of 2019 Farmington Lakes Drive, Oswego, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and driving on a suspended license.
Daniel Tondu, 53, of the 200 block of Bluegrass Parkway, was arrested on two counts of battery at about 2 a.m. May 28 for an incident that occurred May 14, according to an Oswego Police report. He was taken to the Kendall County Jail.
