Driver Clocked at 115 MPH on Route 34: Police

Laura Downs, 37, of the 300 block of Chicago Road, Oswego, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery at about 11:55 p.m. April 18 in the 200 block of Douglas Road, according to an Oswego Police report.
Stephen Sanchez, 25, of 154 Sherman Ave., Montgomery, was arrested for speeding at about 11 p.m. April 17 at Route 34 and Kendall Point Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. Police clocked Sanchez allegedly driving 115 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Monica Curtean-Garland, 24, of Oswego, was arrested for DUI, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at about 2:45 a.m. April 16 in the 100 block of Seton Creek Drive, according to an Oswego Police report.
Heather Bolen, 27, of Aurora, was arrested for DUI at about noon April 15 near Treasure Drive and Harvey Road, according to an Oswego Police report.
Ryan Dewey, 36, of Oswego, was arrested for domestic battery at about 11:40 a.m. April 14 at his home in the 200 block of Waterbury Circle, according to an Oswego Police report.
Cary Hess, 66, of Oswego, was arrested for domestic battery at about 9:30 p.m. April 14 at his home in the 200 block of Lynx Lane, according to an Oswego Policer report.
Oswego Police are investigating the theft of a TV from a store in the 2300 block of Route 23 that took place at about 2 p.m. April 14. According to police, the thieves left with the $400 TV through a fire escape exit.
A contractor reported that a $3,000 compactor was stolen from a job site in the 0-99 block of Stonehill Road sometime between 8:30 p.m. April 12 and 7 a.m. April 13.
Pot, drinking arrests
Cyrus Hedblade, 19, of 111 Dolores St., was arrested for possession of alcohol and underage consumption of alcohol at about 11:50 p.m. April 13 near his home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Hedblade was originally pulled over for speeding. His passenger, Tara Bukovsky, 18, of St. Charles, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, the sheriff's office said.
Nicholas Parello, 20, of Oswego, was arrested for disorderly conduct at about 3:40 a.m. April 13 in the 0-99 block of Eastfield Road, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Parello was allegedly attempting to gain entry into the home through a locked back door when deputies were called. He was taken to the Kendall County Jail.
Someone damaged a bulldozer and stole a battery from it sometime before 9 a.m. April 12. The bulldozer was parked in the 1000 block of Weisbrook, police said. A total of about $300 in damage was done, police said.
Drug paraphernalia possession
Christian Hills, 18, of Oswego and Jamie Snyder, 18, also of Oswego, were both arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at about 11:40 p.m. April 11 near Mystic Court and Southbury, according to an Oswego Police report.
