Juveniles Arrested After Large Party Broken Up: Police

Underage drinking

Kristopher Rogers, 18, and Gavin Rathbun, 18, both of the 0-99 block of Sonora Road, were arrested for underage drinking at about 10:30 p.m. Feb. 6 near Long Beach Elementary School, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Deputies were originally called to the area for a report of suspicious people located near the school.

Trespassing

Shaniah Turner, 18, of Aurora, and 3 male juveniles and 2 female juveniles were arrested for trespassing at about 11:30 p.m Feb. 6 after a large party was discovered at a home in the 0-99 block of Sierra Road, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. One of the female juveniles also was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon after it was discovered she was carrying a stun gun, the sheriff's office said. 

Domestic violence

Anna Gabris, 22, and Derrick Lechelt, 27, both of 119 Chesterfield Drive, were arrested on several counts of domestic battery at about 2:45 a.m. Feb 5, according to an Oswego Police report. Both were taken to the Kendall County Jail, and one of the victims was taken to Rush Copley Medical Center for injuries received in the incident.

Fight at school

Oswego Police responded to Thompson Junior High at about 4 p.m. Feb. 4 for a report of two students involved in a fight. No other information is available. 

Chainsaw stolen

A resident of the 2000 block of Douglas Road reported to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office that someone broke into his garage sometime before 9:15 a.m. Jan. 2 and stole a chainsaw and a pack of cigarettes. The value of the items was estimated at about $356.

Social security cards, birth certificates taken

A resident in the 1200 block of Light Road reported to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office at about 12:10 p.m. Jan. 2 that someone entered her unlocked car and stole social security cards, birth certificates and loose change.

Aggravated assault

Jared Blachard, 33, was arrested for aggravated assault, assault, criminal damage to property and resisting a police officer at about 2:15 p.m. Jan. 31 at his home in the 100 block of Hampton Road, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Deputies had been called to the home for a domestic disturbance. 

Alcohol, pot possession in park

Eduardo Torres, 19, 261 Monroe St., was arrested for possession of drug equipment and possession of alcohol by a minor at about 10:50 p.m. Jan. 30 in Hudson Crossing Park. 

Battery investigation

Oswego Police are investigating a battery that took place at about 10 p.m. Jan. 29 in the 200 block of Ogden Falls Boulevard. The victim was an Aurora man who sustained injuries in the incident, police said. 

Underage drinking, marijuana possession

Audrey Lovejoy, 19, of Plainfield was arrested for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and marijuana possession at about 12:30 a.m. Jan. 28 in the 300 block of Douglas Road, according to an Oswego Police report. Christina Wojciechowski, 19, of Sugar Grove also was arrested for possession of marijuana, police said. 

Rims, tires stolen

An Aurora man reported all four of his tires and rims were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at Vintage Storage , 280 Route 31, sometime before 7:15 p.m. Jan. 27, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report.
