Church Broken Into Again, Police Release Suspect Photo

Oswego Police released this suspect photo of a man who broke into St. Anne's Church early Sunday morning.
Alvaro Medina, 24, of the 300 block of Taft, was arrested for speeding 35 mph over the speed limit at about 12:45 a.m. Jan 25 near Ridge and Plainfield roads, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Medina was clocked driving 91 mph in a 55 mph zone, the sheriff's office said.
Oswego Police are investigating a break-in at St. Anne's Church that occurred at about 12:15 a.m. Jan. 24. Police released the above surveillance photo of the suspect via their Facebook page Sunday. The suspect is described as a white male in his 50s, who was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket. This is the second time in recent weeks that St. Anne's has been the victim of a break-in. Someone also broke into the church sometime overnight Dec. 19.
Susanna Burns, 39, of the 2400 block of Mayfield Court, Montgomery, was arrested for DUI at about 2:30 a.m. Jan 24 near Minkler and Reservation roads, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Burns was observed crossing over the center line numerous times and was originally stopped for speeding 79 mph in a 55 mph zone, the sheriff's office said.
Erich Dillenburg, 55, of Montgomery, was arrested for DUI at about 3 a.m. Jan. 24 after a one-car accident at Routes 30 and 34, according to an Oswego Police report. He also was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Borrowed tools leads to arrest
Michael Bryant, 44, of the 100 block of Harbor Lane, was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and trespassing at about 5:15 p.m. Jan 24, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report. Bryan allegedly forced his way into a neighbor's home and threatened him, the sheriff's office said. According to the report, the dispute stemmed from borrowed tools.
Peter Becker, 32, of Plainfield, was arrested for DUI at about midnight at Route 34 and Prairie Market, according to an Oswego Police report.
A 16-year-old male was arrested for assault at about 12:20 p.m. Jan. 22 at the Opportunity School at 61 Franklin St., according to an Oswego Police report.
Eva Schabb, 23, of the 100 block of Laurie Lane, was arrested on two counts of domestic battery at about 7 p.m. Jan. 19 at her home, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's Office report.
