A Boulder Hill man was sentenced to 10 years in prison Tuesday after pleading guilty to felony possession of cocaine.

Clifford W. Clark, 47, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, Kendall County State’s Attorney Eric Weis said.

Clark was arrested in January 2015 after members of the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistance Team (CPAT) conducted a search of his home at 32 Circle West Drive and found “a large amount of cocaine … along with other items commonly used in the sale of narcotics,” according Weis.

Due to truth in sentencing laws, Clark will have to serve at least 75 percent of his sentence, Weis said. After his release, Clark must serve at least three years of parole.
