Illinois Attorney General's Office investigators along with Oswego Police served a child pornography search warrant at a home in the Churchill Club Subdivision last week.

Oswego Police Chief Jeff Burgner confirmed Monday that a Thursday morning post on the department's Facebook page regarding police activity in the 400 block of Dancer Lane was regarding alleged possession of child pornography.

"Right now this investigation is in the hands of the Attorney General's Office, and I'm not sure when that will be wrapped up," Burgner said. "There's not much more we can say beyond that."

State investigators are currently handling the technological aspects of the case, and will turn over their findings to Oswego Police for further investigation, Burgner said.  No arrests have been made.
