Describe your business We are a nanny placement agency that understands the needs of families and nannies that live and work in the Fox Valley area! We offer placement of full-time, part-time and temporary nannies.

When you partner with Fox Valley Nannies, you will find a professional company that takes on the enormous task of finding your family the perfect nanny. Giving you back that time to focus on your family. We take the time to get to know each and every family that we work with. From first contact to in home interviews to helping you navigate a work agreement and taxes. We will be here for you.

Hiring a professional to come in to your home to partner with you, caring for your children, is very time consuming and not something to be taken lightly. We understand what it takes. That's why we will do all of the work for you. You simply tell us a few specific family dynamics and we will find you the candidates that are right for you.

Why did you start your own business? Fox Valley Nannies was born out of my frustration as both a mother and a professional nanny in the far western suburbs. Having worked in the nanny field for quite some time I have noticed a growing need for a reputable placement agency in the far western suburbs — essentially, the Fox Valley area — for both parents and professional nannies. Through my own experiences and in listening to the needs of nannies and families in the area it became very clear that I needed to step up and make this happen!

Tell us something unique about your business Fox Valley Nannies is the only nanny placement agency in the entire Fox Valley area! This includes the towns of Yorkville, Oswego, Montgomery, Aurora, North Aurora, Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles and South Elgin. We also serve neighboring communities.

What's the best part of owning your own business? Having the freedom to plan our days ourselves. Not working around someone else's schedule. While at the same time, watching our business idea unfold before our eyes. With every family that we help and nanny that we place we see how our efforts impact each family/nanny. It is a very rewarding feeling.
