The Kendall County Sheriff's Office has obtained charges against two men they say were involved in a March driving dispute with a female driver.

Deputies were called to the 2500 block of Light Road at about 7:30 p.m. March 20 for a report of a man slashing the tire of a woman's car in the area after an argument over dangerous driving.

When deputies arrived they found the suspect's vehicle a short distance away, and when they tried to stop the driver he fled on foot. A search of the car turned up marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a large number of Sweet Tarts candies laced with Xanax.

After further investigation, the sheriff's office on July 29 obtained charges against two men allegedly involved in the incident.

Kyle Scheuerlein, 22, of Shorewood, was charged with criminal damage to property, and resisting/obstructing a police officer. He is currently in custody at the Will County jail on unrelated charges.

Still at large is
Timothy Trammell, 28, of Aurora, who was charged with felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis.

Bond for Scheuerlein was set at $5,000, while bond for Trammell is $7,500.
