Oswego PrairieFest Featuring New Gastropub Experience

PrairieFest is proud to present a new American gastropub experience at the community festival with Sip & Savor. 

This exclusive dining experience will be available on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20 from 6:00-9:00pm. A $40 access pass includes tickets for dinner, three drinks, and an after dinner treat, all in the private Castle Bank Event Tent on either night.

Foodie-inspired dinner options will be created by the Tap House Grill. Pick from fresh Fish Tacos with a cilantro lime sauce and corn salsa, spicy Pork Tacos with cheddar and crispy onion strings, or a Sprecher Root Beer-braised Beef and Gouda Sandwich with sassafras au jus. Also included are Shred Heads, Tap House Grill’s PrairieFest creation of made from scratch tater tots, stuffed with bacon and cheddar cheese, and served with a bacon ranch sauce.

After dinner, snack on delectable popcorn treats created by Chef Kelly Page of Page’s Popcorn & Favors. She will be presenting her famous White Chocolate Cranberry, Savory Cheddar and Brown Sugar Caramel, and an exclusive PrairieFest recipe.

Drink choices will include cocktail, wine, and craft beer selections. Sustainable and earth friendly wine will be presented by Bonterra Organic Vineyards. Superior Beverage will be featuring Goose Island’s Goose IPA and Ale Syndicate’s Du Sable, a hoppy saison ale. The creative mixologists from Blaum Bros. Distilling Co. will be serving a Mint Mule, Cucumber Collins, Sangria, and a signature PrairieFest cocktail: PrairieFire.

Table seating will be available throughout the event to enjoy the live bands prior to the headlining concerts. Chicagoland favorite Red Woody will be performing on Friday night and Nick Lynch will be singing country and rock hits on Saturday night. Tickets are limited for this unique PrairieFest experience. 

Access passes can be purchased through the Park District Any remaining passes will be available for purchase at the door.
