Two more candidate forums are set for the race for Oswego School District 308 School Board.

The first will be held at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, at the Hunt Club Subdivision clubhouse. The forum will be open to the public and candidates will answer questions from audience members.

Candidates Kevin Harris, Jared Ploger and Lauri Doyle have committed to attending the forum.

The second forum will be held one week later at the Grande Park Subdivision clubhouse at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22. This event is also open to the public, and audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions of the candidates.
Candidates Ploger, Doyle, Harris and Bill Walsh and Brad Banks have said they will attend.

The seats of board members Brent Lightfoot, Alison Swanson and Bill Walsh are up for grabs in the Tuesday, April 7, election. Lightfoot and Swanson are both running for re-election, while Walsh dropped out of the race in January after a ballot petition objection by Swanson's husband, Jeremy.

Walsh announced earlier this week he is now running as a write-in candidate.
