Nasty Weather Predicted for Oswego in the Coming Days

The National Weather Service is calling for a mix of harsh winter weather over the next few days.

According to a special weather statement issued Friday morning, Kendall County residents may expect to see light snow accumulation after midnight Friday and into Saturday. As temperatures climb on Saturday, the NWS is calling for a 90 percent of freezing rain and sleet. 

Extremely low temperatures are expected to follow with a low Sunday evening of -2 and a high Monday of only 7.

A chance of snow remains for Tuesday and Wednesday with highs of only around 16 and a low Wednesday evening of -8.
