Mrs. Jo Simpson

Boulder Hill Elementary School will hold a memorial ceremony for kindergarten teacher Jo Simpson, who passed away earlier this year after battling cancer.
Mrs. Simpson was a Kindergarten teacher at Boulder Hill Elementary for 16 years.   Even while she was sick with cancer, she still inspired the lives of all of her students, and her legacy will forever be remembered throughout the school and community.

The ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. Friday Oct. 24, at the school, 163 Boulder Hill Pass.  This event will take place rain or shine.

The entire student body has chosen a magnolia tree in her honor which will be
planted near the kindergarten wing by the playground.   There will also be a paver dedicated in her honor with one of her favorite verses engraved on the paver.
