Oswego Police are investigating a case of a man who made what they called an "alarming requests" at Chase Bank Wednesday morning.

The man, who spoke to a teller and later to a personal banker, made the undisclosed requests at about 10:50 a.m. at the Chase branch at 2310 Route 34.

"Since this is an ongoing investigation we don't want to disclose the nature of the conversation, but I'd compare it to talking about a bomb at an airport," said Oswego Police Capt. Jeff Burgner.

The man was identified by police, and Burgner said they would interview him as part of their investigation.

No charges have been filed, Burgner said.
