Police: Building Material Illegally Dumped in Park

Patrick Linden 29, 130 Clubhouse Lane, Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at about 6:40 p.m. May 25 at his home, according to an Oswego Police report. He was given a July 8 court date.
Alexy Dementiev, 52, of Plainfield was charged with DUI and improper lane usage at about 11 p.m. May 24 at Wolf Road and Route 30, according to an Oswego Police report. He was given a July 8 court date.
Andres Gross, 31, of the 0-99 block of Greenbriar, Oswego Township, was charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property after he pushed the victim into an exterior door causing her to injure her arm, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report. He then kicked another door in the home, causing damage to the frame, deputies said.
Dawn Halsne, 45, of the 400 block of Hackney Lane, Oswego, was charged with two counts of domestic battery at about 9 p.m. May 23 at her home, according to an Oswego Police report. She was given a June 24 court date.
Oswego Police responded to a report of someone illegally dumping scrap building materials at Stonegate Park sometime before 1 p.m. May 22. There are no suspects, police said.
Break-in on Longbeach
A resident in the 0-99 block of Longbeach Road reported that someone broken into his home sometime before 9:15 p.m. May 22 and stole a TV, game system and laptop computer, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s office report. Deputies have a suspect in the case, the report said.
Boy runs into parkway tree
Oswego Police responded to a vehicle crash in which a 17-year-old boy ran into a tree on Plainfield Road and Linden Drive at about 3:15 p.m. May 22. The juvenile was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
A 17-year-old Oswego East High School student was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at about 11:20 a.m. May 22 at the school, according to an Oswego Police report.
Fishing equipment stolen
An Oswego resident in the 400 block of Lakeview Court reported someone entered his open garage and stole $300 worth of fishing equipment sometime before 3:10 p.m. May 21.
Two iPhones and a wallet were reported stolen from the female locker room at Oswego High School sometime May 15, according to an Oswego Police report.
A resident in the 0-99 block of Brockway reported someone stole $590 worth of merchandise that he ordered online and had delivered to his home. The delivery company reported the delivery was made.
Body spray stolen
A 40-year-old man allegedly stole a can of Nautica body spray from the Chicago Road Walgreens at about 9:45 p.m. May 20, Oswego Police reported. When confronted the man returned the spray, police said.
