Lisette Cardenas, 22

An Aurora woman stopped in Boulder Hill by Kendall County Sheriff's deputies for not having a front license plate on her car, ended up getting more than she bargained for Monday afternoon.

Lisette Cardenas, 22, was stopped by deputies at about 4:50 p.m. Monday at Circle Drive East and Greenbriar Road for an equipment violation, according to the sheriff's office.

Upon further investigation, it was learned that Cardenas was in possession of identification papers and credit cards taken from a 65-year-old Wheaton woman, said sheriff's spokesman deputy Bryan Harl. Cardenas also was charged with possession of stolen property.

To top it off, Cardenas was charged again for improperly securing a child under the age of 8-years-old, the sheriff's office said.
