Luke T. Dahleen, 21, of Winfield, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving on a suspended license at about 10:40 p.m. March 5 after an accident in the 100 block of Seton Creek Drive, according to Oswego Police.
A 15-year-old girl was charged with possession of marijuana in the 0-99 block of Sonora Drive in Oswego Township at about midnight March 7, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s office.
Matthew Sabo, 21, of Yorkville was charged with DUI at about 2 a.m. March 7, according to Oswego Police.
OHS cell phone theft
Oswego Police are investigating the theft of a cell phone from Oswego High School that occurred sometime before 6:45 p.m. March 7. The value of the phone was placed at about $100.
Fox Chase Court domestic battery arrest
Edward Xavier, 41, of 212 Fox Chase Court, Oswego, was charged with domestic battery and violation of an order of protection at about 10 a.m. March 8, according to Oswego Police. He was given a March 31 court date.
Leaving the scene of an accident
John Lahner, 21 of 160 Boulder Hill Pass, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident at about 4:20 p.m. March 8, according to Oswego Police. Lahner was allegedly involved in an accident at Route 34 and Fifth Street.
Retail theft, alcohol possession
Jordan Battleson, 18, of Montgomery and an Oswego juvenile were charged with retail theft and possession of alcohol by a minor at Walmart at about 11 p.m. March 8, according to Oswego Police.
Ryan Ferrario, 23, of Aurora, was charged with DUI at about 6:20 p.m. March 8 after an accident near Douglas and Old Post roads, according to Oswego Police. No one was injured in the two-vehicle crash, police said.
