Sheriff Investigating Boulder Hill Break-in

iPhone stolen

An employee of the Oswego Panera Bread reported that her IPhone 5S was stolen from her locker sometime between 8 p.m. March 2 and 9:15 a.m. March 3, Oswego police said. The phone is valued at $300.

Resisting a police officer

Anthony Williamson, 25, of 405 Sunshine Court, Oswego Township, was charged with resisting a police officer at about 9:40 p.m. March 2, according to Kendall County Sheriff’s office reports. Sheriff’s deputies attempted to detain Williamson for a criminal investigation and he resisted, according to reports. 


Mark Fogleman, 44, of Aurora, was charged with criminal trespass at about 6 p.m. March 1 at 2540 Route 30, according to Oswego Police. He was given an April 1 court date. 

Stolen truck

Oswego Police reported the theft of a red 1994 Chevy S10 with a snow plow attached from Holmes Auto Repair sometime before 8:10 a.m. Feb. 28. The truck is valued at $5,000

Boulder Hill break-in

Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a residential burglary in the 100 block of Circle Drive West in Boulder Hill at about 3:15 p.m. Feb. 28, according to reports. The inside of the home sustained damage, but there are no suspects at this time, the Kendall County Sheriff’s office said.
